Spiced Roasted Kale

Servings: 2-4 as a snack

Timings: 5 mins prep, 30 mins cooking

Roasted kale is a bit like Marmite. Some people love it and others can’t stand the taste. Well if you are the latter, hopefully this recipe can persuade you otherwise!

Ingredients

20-30g Zing Foods Turmeric Spiced coconut oil

100g curly kale


Method

Set the oven temp to 160 degrees. Wash the kale and dry off


When oven is to temperature, melt the oil for a minute or two in a roasting tin, then add the kale, turning over to evenly spread the flavoured oil. Cook for 30 minutes turning the kale half way through. Finish by adding salt and pepper to taste
